Happy Birthday Percy

21 this year!

It is 21 years this year since Percy Pig first appeared in M&S stores. I created the Percy Pig character as we know him now about 18 years ago and have continued to illustrate him ever since. I can't believe how he has grown!

Daddy Is My Hero

Daddy has done really well. Random tell me that Daddy Is My Hero written by Dawn Richards was the third bestselling children's book in the UK just the other week. Beaten to the No1 spot by the very talented David Walliams and a favourite of mine Peppa Pig!

My blog has been a little neglected recently. I am busy working on a number of new books but as always I am sworn to secrecy. I have though finally got around to putting together a new website. I hope you like it.

We headed along the coast to Hastings at the weekend for a proper British day at the seaside. I always love a Lucky Bag. I picked up this one by Claire Fletcher at the brilliant Made in Hastings. Also loved the A. G. Hendy & Co Home Store.

I am really pleased to be able to show you this new image that I created with the team at Lansinoh to promote Earth Friendly Baby. I worked with the design agency Him and Her last year creating the baby character who appears on all the products and branding. I am working on another image at the moment which I hope to be able to show soon.
